Timetable

Students and staff start each day with a 15-minute praise and worship devotional time, where there is singing, worship and a time of devotional session led by a student. Spiritual Disciplines are held as follows:

Classes are held from Tuesday through to Friday. Mondays are set aside for prayer and fasting as part of the curriculum. Here is a sample of what a typical day would look like:

  • 8:45 – 9:00 AM: Personal Solitude 
  • 9:00 –  9:15 AM: Morning Worship
  • 9:15 – 11:00 AM: Lecture  
  • 11:00 -11:20 AM: Tea-break  
  • 11:20 – 12:10 PM: Spiritual Discipline  
  • 12:10 – 2:00 PM: Lecture  
  • 2:00 – 3:00 PM: Lunch break  
  • 3:00 – 6:00 PM: Lecture 

Weekday Schedule

Monday
For prayer and fasting (Generally classes are not held on this day but it is not a day-off).
Tuesday
For prayer and intercession for the nations, families and other needs.
Wednesday
For students to practice Hearing God in a real-time setting.
Thursday
For small group mentoring of the men's group and women's group in small groups led by a faculty member.
Friday
For a Chapel hour praise and worship and the Word is preached by a faculty member or a visiting preacher.

There is a recreation facility within the school as well as in the student’s hostel. Every Friday evening is a time of recreation for the students. Recreation facilities are available.

All Foreign Students are  (Trainer’s) students are covered by an medical and insurance plan under the Trainer’s scholarship plan.

The Dean of students appoints a General Monitor and class monitors who monitor the entire student activity in the School under the guidance of the Dean.

Class monitors for each class are also appointed by the Dean at the start of each term, for the purpose to oversee the needs of the students and liaise with the administration concerning any official matters and also to provide assistance to the course lecturer.

The general monitor is a direct assistant to the Dean of Students.

In order to inculcate humility and Servanthood qualities in a student, ministry duties are assigned to every student on a daily basis, related to the maintenance of the campus – ranging from washing cups to washing toilets, etc. 

Each student will also be assigned to a local church for ministry learning. Every student is expected to carry out the church assignment with the local church as per the assignment made by the school.
